The beds were very comfy. The room was huge and good-sized. Overall it was such a wonderful stay.

The hotel offers good choice of food that was outstanding. Family atmosphere, yet some people working here are not very friendly.

The rooms are newly renovated and the service is top-notch. The staff is so helpful and always ready to assist. The location in Forest Park is perfect, being just a stone's throw away from the biggest outdoor mall and the local airports. Plus, the pool area is a great spot to relax and unwind.

The suite we had was spacious and the bathroom had a nice bathtub. The place had a welcoming family atmosphere. The location was perfect in a nice area, and the staff here were fantastically friendly.

I had a huge room with modern and comfortable suites, complete with a dining table and updated furnishings. The location was exceptionally nice, being close to the Drury Lane Theater. The hotel is in a safe area and conveniently located near many excellent restaurants. The prices offered by the hotel were reasonable.

Location a little difficult to get to from the highway, the convience store had really poor hours especially if we wanted a snack late night, and there was a dirty sheet in our sleeper sofa

I know that all hotels have rules and regulations but the quiet policy at this specific location is a bit much...after 10pm u must not make noise or you will be put out. I believe that is a threat and personally I do not like to be threatened anywhere I stay and especially where I spend my money. I also engaged in a conversation with an elder couple that informed me that they did not sign the waiver which says to me I was stereotyped because of my age?! I will not suggest anyone to stay at this hotel or stay here again

The bedding and mattress were nice as were the tvs and breakfast.

The room was old looking with a broken faucet and cracked sink. The room was a sauna and the a/c didnt stay on and took all night to cool the room. There was a broken ice machine and the staff said they would bring ice up and we waited all night but they never brought it.
